Pickled Northern

I am going to make Pickled Northern the typical way salt brine, vinegar, sugar, pickling spices, wine and onions.

anyone mix it up a little and put other ingredients in?

Never used wine but sometimes I put some hot peppers in but every thing less the same.

Tony, I put in sweet peppers and lemon wedge. I will be able to try it out tonight - two week wait to taste seems like forever. I'll let you know how it turned out. ;)

OK after nearly two weeks the Pickled Fish is ready.
Contains Northern, Walleye and Bluegill
