Fisheye's Hot Deep Fried Apple Pie

Hey Old Fisheye Here,

Hot apple pie with ice cream in just a few minutes.

Took a couple of apples, sliced & cut up and threw them in a mixing bowl.
Threw in a couple table spoons of pecan pieces.
little brown sugar
little cinnamon.
Package of Pillsberry Pie crest. (theres 2 rolled up)

Roll out pie crest and spoon on 2-3 tables spoons of the apples/sugar/cinnamon/ couple of carmels,
fold them over and seal them up.
Place the small pie in the deep fryer basket and cook for approx. 10 min.
Scoop on the ice cream after a little cooling and WHA-LA get the fitness bike out.
I was able to get 2 4x6 pies out of the two apples.
Looks like maybe I'll have to ride the bike for maybe 10 miles........

I think I saw that in the "Blue Zone Recipes Cook Book".

I been in the Red Zone, Green Zone, and the Pink zone. Why I have even been in a NO Parking Zone:shock:
Never been in the Blue Zone.

But then again I have been told I'm color blind.
