Well Winding, to be honest, by the time I got the boat out it was all over and everyone was leaving. I did hear that the guy with the big fish won the money.
Looked like maybe there were 10 t0 12 boats.
I didn't know anyone except Matt & Jim M. Sure was lonesome. I couldn't start any trouble at all.
Big Jim took my money and said to takeoff if No.1 was called. So I did.
Maybe I will stick to taking pictures and stuff.

Fisheye,
Not to start any trouble, but if you are in and fishing out of the "no-see-um boat" how do you except people to know who you are!
I floated by you at blast off and all I saw was camo.
I think I saw a Merc hanging off the back of something floating in the water.
I did see this same "no-see-um boat later in the evening with some kind of worm or "gulp stuff" hanging off of your line.
Smallmouth bass know better then to try and eat those kind of baits.
I'm pretty sure they were hitting on pink buzz baits back trolled at 3.5 mph in three inches out to fourteen feet of water on large rock to medium sand with brownish black dried slick mud banked transition break of the small dead oak tree jam with a just a bit of fast warm clean dark green water hitting hitting a old rusty pontiac rim current break water again!
The multi-species tournament should be fun if you can find that spot! only the facts.

There is soooo much thinking that goes into bass fishing. I think if only I knew if the water temp was dropping fast and if the gates were opening and closing every ten minutes in addition to Matt's input I could put together a good plan of action.

Got to respond on this stuff. Seems like the bass guys got the river honed in. Supose they will show up for the multi species tourny and try and compete with some of the best walley fisherman going? Hey we catch bass to. Looking forward to a good turn out and see how it goes. I'll make a bet the walley guys sweep the event. Any takers????????????? Wingding!
