Cedar Valley Walleye Club Forum

The Walleye Club will be helping at this event by having motor boats in the river during the poker run and having volunteers at the stops to assist anyone in need. We also will have our Club tent set up at the Waterloo Boathouse with a display of as many different Cedar River fish species that we can provide. Hank's (Mike Everet) has agreed to let us use his back tank to hold fish. The fish first need to be acclimated at Hank's before going into the cold water. We need as many different kinds as we can get. If you can help provide some fish please post what you have so others don't duplicte. Let's see how many species we can get out of the Cedar! They don't have to be big, it would be better if they were just "Legal".

What is it members will be doing?

The Walleye Club will be helping at the 5 poker stops, on and off the water, and presenting educational discusions of fish and fishing at our tent, we currently have 12 member volunteers that have agreed to help. There has been discussion of this event at the last 3 monthly meetings. If any other Club members would like to participate, please let me know, A.S.A.P. so I can get you a shirt ordered.
