I have a question about #5 and #6B. Using the Guttenburg tourny as an example, will my entry fee be automatically applied to the rescheduled Guttenburg tourny in Sept or to the next tourny currently scheduled for April?

Your entry fee can be applied to which ever tournament you wish.
