Anyone been checking ice thickness? Big Woods? Brinker? George Wyth?

I just saw two people out on the ice this morning at South Prairie Lake.

There were also 2 on Brinker this morning on the far west end.

dad and I hit hit four places yesterday drilling holes. we found that most places were 4 to 5 in. thick. two farm ponds two lakes.these were drilled along the edges! no body was fishing these bodys of water.should be good to go by weekend,take rope,life jacket,and any other safety equip. you have. have fun be safe lets have a fun ice season this year.
