Finally got a very empty house filled back up with a new English Pointer pup. After Oliver our 13 year pointer left us a few weeks ago Derise was looking for a new dog. Found out about the pointer rescue league and the hunt was on for a new pup.

Pepin was from Texas and made here way up to Omaha a few days ago. With yesterdays storm out west we waited till today to make the run. Left at "O dark Thirty" with the girls to get Pepin. Made it back in time to see kick off and cheer on the Packers. Ya I know they didn't make it but I still can dream! GO PACK!
Pepin is about four to five months old and is a high speed low drag speed unit built to pee on the floor in under three second flat! She has done that twice in a hour.

The foster house had three two month old black and white pointers needing a new home.

Pretty sure I saw her cruising Hawthorne last night. Looked to be casting some stinkbait. Must be a catfish hole around the Victory & Hawthorne area.
