Launching from McIntosh, to avoid a late fee you must be registered by the end of the day Monday May 2nd. Tournament hours 7am-3pm. We all need to be checked in and inspected by 6:30am. if all boats are in the water and lined up, we may take off before 7. Look for a dark grey/blueish chevy with a white 620 Ranger w/red trim. Please review your packet, the first picture before launching will be of your partner holding your boat number. Make sure your camera is working properly. All fish 14" and over can be scored with the smallest being recorded at 14 1/2". Make sure to bump the fishes' belly towards your belly with the left side up, head against the bump, tail pinched, then the "hero shot" holding the fish with both hands, right side showing. Round up to the next quarter inch. (We will have photos from Harpers for review) Put white masking tape on the bump of your "Judge" board, we will have some available. I would recommend having the same person take all the pictures. Check for accuracy, You may take more than one picture to ensure a clear photo. Remember to take the last photo of your partner holding the completed scorecard. Lets hope the rain and wind stop soon and we all can enjoy some good Weather! It's really much easier than what it seems and the good thing is we can score and release them to be caught again!
