2018 Tournament Schedule

The tournament board had a lot of discussion on the schedule and here is what we came up with for 2018 pending permits from both the IA and WI DNR:

March 31 - Pool 9 - Genoa, WI
April 21 - Pool 13 - Bellevue, IA
June 9 - Pool 4 - Pepin, WI
Sept 29 - Clear Lake - Clear Lake, IA
Added - Oct. 13 - Storm Lake - Storm Lake, IA
Oct 27-28 - Pool 9 - Lansing, IA

The format for 2018 will be the best 4 out of 5 events for points. We chose to not have an event in May due to the NTC being right in the middle of the month. We wanted to give all of our NTC participants plenty of time to pre-fish since this is about as close to home the NTC has ever been.

I would like to thank everyone that participated in the tournament schedule discussion as it is not easy to come up with a schedule that fits in between all of the dates of larger regional and national tournaments that many of our club anglers participate in.

All IA permits have been applied for and we have received notification that Clear Lake, Storm Lake, and Pool 13 have been approved. WI and IL permits for river events are still pending.

We have received all permits for the 2018 schedule.
