Question came up ref. Perm. Number for tournament Prepay.
Here's the answer from director.
You have to prepay for 5 tournaments to get a permanent number for those 5 events. If they decide to fish a 6th event that they did not prepay for then they will not get their number they had before. The only way to garrantee their number for all 6 events is to prepay for all of them.
