Saving Waypoints on the PC

I've been trying to get my waypoints saved from the navionics card by using the download from Lowrance with no success. Can anyone help me out? Please 
I called Lowrance to figure it out. It is hard to explain on the forum so give me a call and I should be able to walk you through it.
