Kindergarten Kids and Tournament Info

This Friday May 15 we have been asked to assist the Becker Elementary students at George Wyth. The Club will be providing our fishing poles and bait. Lori will bring lunch. The event runs from 10am. to 2pm. We are to be there at 9:15am. If you can help out please do so.

Storm Lake: Just a reminder, the protected slot is 17 to 22 inches. Tournament legal fish will be 15 to 17 inches with one OVER 22 inches per angler, (When in doubt through it out). We will be taking off from the Marina Ramp at 7am. and anglers must return by 3:00 pm. Please be at the Marina by 6:30am. for inspection. There are three members of the Tournament Board that we be assisting the event. If you have any ?'s. Jim Dengler, Mike Everding and Bob Stewart or you may contact me at 319-464-6223 and I will relay the message.

If it's 17" it's illegal.

That is correct Doug, fish must be 15" to UNDER 17" and no more than one OVER 22" per angler!
