With the issues that arose from the Genoa tournament. Every team participating in the Guttenberg tournament, April 25th, will be given a copy of the rules. After Guttenberg we will only hand out rules to new teams (teams that have not fished an event with us prior) or to teams that request another copy. It is expected that if you fish a tournament with us, that you read and understand the rules. If you have questions ask them to me or whoever is checking boats before you launch on a tournament day. This is to get everyone on the same page going forward.
Finally, if you have any suggestions for improvement please direct them to me and I will gladly address them to the tournament board. But remember that all of the tournament help is on a volunteer basis. If you feel there needs to be improvements a weigh ins or boat checks should be done differently, then I suggest that you get involved and help out to make them better.
