Perch Fry

I just got done frying up some perch I caught the other day. I used some Kentucky Kernal Seasoned Flour for breading after washing in egg/milk dish. Perch are the best tasting of all fresh water fish IMO. This fry was about the best I have had in a long time. RH

I'm so jealous :( --I'll bet they were mighty tasty :!:
But I am having Parmesan Bluegill tonight :)
