Old Fisheye Catches someone on the Cedar River

Hey Old Fisheye Here,
Just happen to be at the Cedar River Ramp and caught some suspicious characters hanging around the dock.

The Chick Magnet Milo & Lover Boy Bob.
They were hiring Walleye Carl to take them up the river...........for Fishing Trip??????????
