Left Over Whitefish Casserole

Here is another decent recipe for left over whitefish or pan fish
1 cup uncooked macaroni
1/2 to 1 cups of crushed potato chips ( corn flakes may be substituted)
1-1/2 cups of cooked fish - flaked
1 can cream of mushroom soup
3 to 4 oz of cream cheese ( room temperature)
1/3 cup chopped onion
1/3 cup chopped green pepper
2 tbl of prepared mustard
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp white pepper (optional)
1-1/2 to 2 Qt casserole baking dish - lightly greased
Cook macaroni according to directions & drain well
While macaroni is cooking blend soup and cream cheese, mustard, salt & pepper
Once blended, stir in cooked fish, cooked macaroni, onions and peppers
Spoon into casserole dish
Top with crushed potato chips
bake in 375 degree oven for 30 to 45 minutes
Will serve 4-6 depending upon serving portion
