Tournament Input
Re: Tournament Input
I'm sure I will get heck for suggesting this.... would Lake McBride be an option? I know there are more eyes in there than Clear Lake. It would have to be early or late in the year because of the 10HP limit during the summer.

Re: Tournament Input
I would say if we are going to still fish clear and storm lake that the dates need to be looked at. both are best in mid may but due to the clear lake classic the best time on clear is taken.. the april bite on clear is better than storm so switch them around or keep clear in sept. and the walleye battle held in storm lake use to be held in may so i bet they might be willing to change dates with us..the date in sept will probable be the saterday before the fall classic at clear..
1clear april 26 storm may 10
2storm may 10 clear sept 13
1clear april 26 storm may 10
2storm may 10 clear sept 13
Re: Tournament Input
I also wanted to add that a very good alternate lake to storm at about the same distance would be five island.. no slot and good size fish.
Re: Tournament Input
Thanks for the input thus far. Keep it coming.

Re: Tournament Input
I believe we should try to stay in Iowa and try some new lakes or new places on the Mississippi.
My two cents.

Re: Tournament Input
Take the Multi species back to the Mississippi, more room, more fish, more participants.
Might be nice to try some southern streches of the Mississippi, I am not familiar with the area
but might be a change.
