Good Day at Brushey

Had a great day today at Brushy with Walleye Carl --or should I say Jumbo Bluegill/Mr Perch Carl 
Fishing was slow early but picked up mid morning and continued good until we ran out of bait
I had the 1st fish of the day
however Perch Carl drew 1st blood with a 12" perch 
So I tied on my super secret lure I designed, Mike Evert tracked down the parts, and his boys at his bait shop put together for me
1st fish caught with the super secret lure was a walleye , then a 3lb bass , then multiple perch and bluegill
Carl asked what I was using and said it was a prototype of a super secret lure and Mike E. an I are going to submit the process and parts etc... for patent
--May be available sometime early next year
Even though I caught so many gills that my hands were raw.... Carl was still king of the Jumbo gills
Kept 21 perch and 9 jumbo gills
