Monday Jan.8th. meeting agenda

All Executive Board officers terms expire this year. We will be taking nominations at the Jan. and Feb. meetings with the election taking place at the March meeting. All current C.V.W.C. members are eligible to be nominated and to vote.

The Boat show is Jan. 19th. thru the 21st. we will have the spread sheet and times posted soon on the web site. (I have T. Van, Mike/Tammy, Bill B. and Randy H. on the list for the times you requested)

Hank's is having there ice fishing derby January 27th. and we will be helping with the weigh-in at the shop starting at 2pm. There will be a sign-up sheet at the meeting.

Impact Outdoors Winterfest is February 11th. at South Prairie Lake, we have been invited to participate.

Our annual Banquet is February 24th. at U.A.W. Local 838 Union Hall again this year. The membership and Banquet form will be availale at the meeting. ($50.00 will get you an annual famiy membership and 2 dinners for the Banquet.)

Update on shoreline improvement project at North Prairie Lake.

As I won't be able to make it to the meeting Monday, I'll ask my question here. Is there a problem with the calendar on the website? There are no items showing for 2018. Has no one posted the information to the calendar or is there a problem with a permission setting?

Good morning Al,
Their are 2 members that access and enter data to the Web Site and I am not one of them. I don't think there is any problem with the calendar other than it has not been updated, probably due to those members currently being out of town and during the recent Holidays. Most of the dates for our upcoming activities have just recently been confirmed, I have tried to provided those dates on my posts as soon as practical. We will try to get those events on the calendar as soon as possible.

Al,

I updated a few items on the calendar last night, and i will add a few additional things tonight. The main calendar (the one you open from the menu bar) is working. However, I did notice the little one on the homepage is not. I will see what i can do to get that working.

Also, would you like permission to update the calendar? If so I can walk you through that sometime. Just let me know!
