1 & 1/2 pounds of bluegill fillets (6-8, 8" bluegill)
1 cup Panko bread crums Italian seasoned
1 cup Parmesan (grated) cheese - I prefer the freshly grated but you can use the green can stuff
1 stick melted butter
1 tsp salt
1 tsp black pepper
3/4 tsp parika
2 tsp freshly chopper basil
Heat oven to 350 degrees
Mix all dry ingredients ( except chopped basil ) to create a breading
Dip fish in butter then dip into the breading mixture (coat well)
Place breaded fish onto aluminum foil lined baking sheet (lightly spayed with PAM)
Sprinkle fish with fresh chopped basil and bake for 20 minutes or until fish is flaky and browned
