Talked with informant as to how "Old Walleye Carl" was doing.
Surgery went well as of last night. He might be released yet this week.

Looks like the walleyes better enjoy their break......His last remark was "I'll Be Back"

Informant called this am to say he was contacted by none other than Walleye Carl himself.

Walleye Carl stated he now knows what the doctor meant when he told Carl he would have someeeeee
discomfort.....

Last word I had was he might be home today.....Carl hasn't decided if his wife could drive that slow.....
