The DNR boat registration system the that the BH county recording office uses was down all day yesterday and still not back up and running yet today. If anyone has IT friends in Des Moines that could help out the DNR get this straightened out soon, it would be greatly appreciated by me and the guy that was in the office yesterday trying to register 2 Jet skis, a pontoon, a fishing boat, and a 4-wheeler.
