The draw down will start this Thursday. Once again volunteers are need to help move stranded mussels from the sand bars as the water is lowered this Friday and Saturday. There is a meeting this Wednesday (tomorrow) night at the C.F. Library small meeting room from 6-7pm. to go over mussel identification and the process for relocating them. If you can not attend the meeting you can meet us Friday and or Saturday at the Waterloo boat house. Jon Boats are needed to help transport non boaters to and from the sand bars. The Cedar Valley Paddlers, who helped us at Our Family Fun Day, are asking for our help.
This will be the First qualifying event for the tournament fisherman for the 2018 N.T.C.
Please consider helping out.
I need to let Pam Wolter know how many of us will be there.
Thanks Tim

Re: Cedar River Bladder Dam draw down this weekend.
The Bladder Dam has been lowered and now we are waiting for the river to recede to normal fall level. As a result the mussel relocation will take place at that time and there is still a need for help.
Thanks, Tim
