Use full Catfish Fillets or Catfish steaks ---gas or charcoal grill--
Lightly brush olive oil onto fillets or steaks
Shake Cajun or Creole seasoning onto fillets or steaks (each side)
Place on hot grill grates
Grill till done
Note: can be done with catfish nuggets but you must place nuggets on a sreen or tight wire basket
