Thanks to all who helped with the River of Dreams. An extra thanks to Terry & Carl who had to put in hours before the event started to motor upstream in Terry's pontoon. That section of the river isn't motor boat friendly so Terry got some nice dings in his prop ( could have been in part, the navigators fault ), but none the less, it got dinged up. Then after a VERY LONG day on the river, and having to be the first one in and last one out, they got back in time to miss out on the FOOD. So if you see them, tell them THANK YOU for making the Cedar Valley Walleye Club look good.
Bill
Extra thanks
Re: Extra thanks
The prop got messed up!
They missed a free meal!
Bad map chip for river channel!
The first one's there!
And the last one to leave!
Get some extra tall boots!
I'm sure we will never here the end of this whining and sad story from these two!

"Captain" Fisheye Here,
Matt, I brought along the equipment in case of a grounding to get off the gravel bar.
It is called "Walleye Carl" with long pants & dress shoes.
Captains are not allowed to leave the vessel until everyone is safe.
I didn't want to get my shorts & old Tenny's wet.
Only thing bad was he hung his shoes and socks on the rails of the pontoon.
Looked like a couple of hillbillys coming down the river.
