Anyone heard what (if any) there is for open water at Guttenburg?

Two days ago they was going to open the dam, so it would blow out some of the ice. Don,t know if they did.

I was at Genoa this weekend and the ice was out from the power plant down to Lancing. but from the dam to the power plant they was fishing on the ice.
