I had a great time again this year! Thanks to all the guys that came up and made it a fun event, thanks to Doug and Phil for their hard work frying the fish, and thanks to the Border Lounge in Hager City for providing entertainment Saturday evening along with a tournament seminar from Brett King just before closing time! And for the record there were keeper fish caught for the fish fry this weekend, it was just slower this year than normal. Lets plan on the weekend of November 16th for next year!

Thanks Everyone, Kyle

I enjoyed seeing all the members on the water and especially Mr "No See'em". That's the 1st time I thought I seen him in his new rig. My group of farmer friends kept 29 eaters in the 2 days. We caught a lot handling and the other boat caught all theirs ripping sonars. RH

Oh I forgot to say we talked to the local fisheries biologist and he said the data they gathered indicated that the average size of saugers right now was 13" and that's why most of the fish ran small. The bigger 18" sauger are few far between he said. He said the food supply was enormous and the shad didn't die off last winter like normal. Also he said the walleye population was tremedious. RH
