Gang Busters

Post by jighead-two »

Well with the last 3 weeks being almost gang busters on the walleye locally, we'll see how it goes with the river coming up and dirty. Plan B will go into action tomorrow or Monday. Feb. early March walleyes have more than made up for bad ice conditions this winter. Since mid Feb. probably 80-85 walleye ranging from stocking trout size to one 31"er. My best open water Feb. fishing ever. Jig and plastics=0, jig and a minnow= the hot ticket.

Thanks Jig Head! Sounds like the fix I need especially with the new eyecon rod you bid me up on at the benefit.

I would have kept bidding on the Eyecon, but if you remember my wife was along....I didn't want to take a chance of it getting broken on the way home
