Red Wing Weekend

Post by Limit »

I have heard from a few club members about wanting to go to Red Wing for a weekend fishing trip getaway this fall. My partner Adam and I are planning on going up the weekend of November 12th & 13th. Are plan is to leave on Friday the 11th and come back on Sunday the 13th. It is a nice end of the year fishing trip, a chance to hang out with the guys, play some bingo, and see the locals at Hager City (Right Walt)! Just throwing this idea out to our members to see if anyone else wanted to go. I have not made any lodging reservations so if anyone knows of a deal, let me know.

I'm in and bringing a buddy (Phil Chein). The super 8 might give us a decent rate if we ask. We going to have a fish fry?

Super 8 worked out well last time. Doug, did you contact them to find out about a price ?
Won't get up there until late Friday afternoon 5ish. If you do a fish fry after 5 I will bring potato salad if that will work. There will be two of us.

It looks like I will be there that weekend but with some other friends and staying at Evert's. Hopefully I'll see you guys out there. Randy H.

I have reserved a block of 10 rooms at the Super 8 in Red Wing for November 11th-13th. Rate is $70/night. We get a $10 discount so ask for the Cedar Valley Walleye Club room block. All rooms have two queen beds and are on the lower level! Any questions post a response. Phone# for Super 8 is 651-388-0491

Ranger Matt and Ranger Dave are in!
T-38 days and counting. I better get my "GULP" in order!

Do we need to bring anything for the fish fry?

Thanks for setting this up Kyle.
