After a day or so pre-fishing the tournament anglers were ready to go. Saturday's weather was hot and windy but that didn't hurt the fishing, as many limits of walleye were caught, recorded and released as quickly as possible. Without our current C.R.R. format and the 80 degree plus water temps, many fish would have not have survived a traditional weigh-in. We were greeted with much appreciated cooler and calmer conditions Sunday morning and the good bite continued. Pool 4 currently has a very healthy population of Walleye and Sauger with many caught over 20 inches. Our Next Event is Saturday July 17th. at Lake Rathbun, hope to see you there!
