Man he must have had a good boat captain and ice tent mate. Open water limit of eyes is good any month... but especially in Feb.

Just an FYI the White Bass are going bonkers at Red Rock chasing shad- Can catch them from shore or Boat. Sorting is required for size I kept a handful 12-14 inches caught about 50 more 6-10. All the shad there are chasing are about 2.5 inches in size so anything about that size seemed to work. Crap...
