Re: 2025 Tournament Locations

Very informative posts here. I didn't have time to fish any CVWC events last year and not sure that I will in 2025 either, but I'll give my 2 cents. For whatever reason, numbers are down in almost all of the river circuits. The Dubuque walleye club still has a ok turnout but some of the seasoned tou...

Re: Requesting 2020 Tounament locations and Dates

My opinion: the early tournament in March almost always has bad weather and/or high water. The October tournament in Lansing has had so much grass that it's almost impossible to fish the main channel. I'd like to see river tournaments in April, May, June, and September. I know a lot of you guys have been at the NTC all week, but has anyone looked into the flooding situation for next weekend's tournaments? From what I've been hearing, the Pickle Factory ramp isn't usable until the water level at Wabasha is under 12 ft (I don't know if this is true or not). It's supp...

Not sure if I will be able fish or not, but if I do I'd vote for pool 11.

Re: 2017 Tournament Locations

Would like to fish coralville reservoir. Lake is 4ft low until around 2nd week of May on a normal year for flood control. So it would be best end of May or October. Also wouldn't mind fishing Macbride again, late April or early May. If we can't do one of those two I'd like to fish Clear in the sprin...

Re: High Water in Pool 9-March 26th tournament - MOVED TO GE

I don't know if this has already been talked about or not but there are a couple new teams. They should probably be contacted as I'm sure they most likely won't check the site.

Re: 2016 Tournament Location Ideas

Did the tournament board come up with a schedule for next year? Just wondering what you guys came up with.
