Genoa
Genoa was a grass fest Saturday. Worst I've ever seen it. Big moon, fish were present, but hard to access. Big rafts of grass coming down the river clogging the motor and fouling the line. Lots of work for the fish.

Re: Cedar River
Yes there was an article in the paper about the Cottage Row people needing a lower river level to remove some junk. I suspect that Old Fisheye is behind this somehow. Doesn't he live on Cottage Row????

Re: Walleyes Stocked in Cedar River by CVWC
Eyes already travel back and forth between the lake and the river. Over half the eyes I catch in Brinker don't have any brand at all, meaning they came from DNR stocking of the river. Re: 2011 Tournament Rules
Tournament rules look good. Couple of comments. 1. I assume the rule on waters where the daily limit is 3 means people have to stop fishing after they have caught their 3 fish. That's not completely clear from the language of the rule, at least to me. 2. In the prefishing rule, do you mean 11:00 P.M...

Re: What's working?
We had to dead stick them during the day Saturday on the Cedar. Nothing too fast and furious, but we got bit enough to keep our interest.
